Madigan Pratt on CTO Loyalty Panel

The Caribbean Tourism Organization held its annual Marketing Conference on June 6th at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York. One of the highlights of the conference was a panel of experts discussing Loyalty Marketing. Madigan Pratt was one of the panelists which included John Young, VP of the Analytic Consulting Group of Epsilon and Helen McCabe-Young, VP Marketing for SilverSeas Cruises.
